  Bank of America make of America Do not ever go to the Hamilton Mill location always had the worst luck with that location where to begin the manager's there do not know how to handle Case by case individuals. I have the worst luck there. I'm starting to think that the Bank of America's policies are screwed up to. For instance if you have someone do some work for you and you try to pay them with a check from Bank of America and they try to cash it Bank of America will charge them a fee for not banking there to try to force them to open an account with them. So basically your money is no good with anyone that you write a check with unless they bank with Bank of America. Secondly I asked to speak to a manager at the Hamilton Mill location it was a 35 minute wait at the Mall of Georgia location it was a 45-minute minimum so I decided to go through the line and pay the fee as they assumed I would. While I was in line I noticed the line started going out the door. as they assumed I would while I was in line I noticed the line started going out the door I also noticed they only had one cashier or tell her waiting on people in the lobby and one in the drive thru. Now get this it was Friday you would assume that is their busiest day because people get paid now get this it was Friday you would assume that is their busiest day because people get paid. I ask the teller if it is so busy why not another employee to help. She said that there are so many ways to Bank online now that the bank assumes if there are people there waiting in line that they want to wait in line as if they come to the bank to stand in line with nothing better to do and their lies and this is entertaining to them. I couldn't believe it. And I can't believe that anyone would want to bank or do business with a company such as this
